-What do you think is the role of the Commissioner ?-The role of the Commissioner is about giving directions at the members of the parliament, doing observations and comments and referring to the most important points of the topic. In addition, they inform the Committee about the Commission’s progress that has been done so far, their future plans and about which countries do not respect the international law and punish them.
-Why did you choose to participate in the ITRE Committee?
-Last year, I was a member at the ITRE Committee and I leant many stuff related to the environment, the energy and the energy industry so I made an upgrade as a commissioner.
-Are you eco-friendly in your everyday life?
-Yes I am, actually. I generally recycle and I try to do it as often as I can. I save up as much as I can. The greenhouse effect, the lack of water and energy make me realize that our planet truly suffers.
