Editor in Chief
Hello everyone! I am Aggeliki Mylona and I study European and International Relations at University of Piraeus. This is my third time participating in EUropaS and I am very proud to lead the EU Focus Agency, the Agency in which I started my “career” as a EUropaS participant. Being an Editor in Chief is a big challenge for me and I hope that, along with my team, we will provide this year’s Conference with the most accurate and latest news!
Journalists
My name is Aggeliki Lianou , I am 20 years old and currently a student in Athens University of Economics and Business at the department of International and European Economic Studies. I wanted to participate in this year’s EUropa.S 2017 because I would like to see in action how the European institutions and committees work. Moreover, I believe that I have a lot to gain from my participation in terms of experience combined with an overall gratifying procedure.
Hi! My name is Marios – Dimitrios Karampelas. I am an undergraduate student of the Communication & Media Studies Department of the University of Athens. I am strongly interested in international relations, financial & statistics, political science and law. Always trying to observe and understand, I seek to accumulate as much knowledge as possible in order to form solid, critical and complete opinions. I feel honored to participate in this conference and I hope to do my best!
My name is Myrto Garefalaki. I study History at the Ionian University and I also possess a minor degree in Journalism. I’ll be participating in the EUropa.S. Conference as a journalist. By being a part of something as special as Europa.S., I want to deepen my knowledge when it comes to matters that concern European countries (but, of course, not only them). Also, this is a great opportunity to challenge myself and try some new experiences.
Translators
My name is Elpida Roussou. I live in Corfu and I study at the Ionian University, at the department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting. I’ve participated in EUropa.S two years ago as a staff member. This year I will be a part of it as a Translator. By taking part I hope I’ll get the experience to work under pressure and in such a big simulation.
Hello everyone! My name is Myrsini Charalampeli-Maniopoulou and I participate in EUropaS for the first time. I study translation at the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpretation of the Ionian University. That is why I applied for the position of the translator. This is the first simulation I participate in and I feel so excited. I strongly believe that EUropaS will give me the chance to test my abilities and provide me with a unique translating experience.
